In addition to these major mobile network operators, there are many MVNOs in the UK. The British mobile virtual network operators include giffgaff, BT Mobile, Lycamobile, Virgin Mobile and many others. These do not own a wireless mobile network infrastructure of their own and use the infrastructure from the country’s major mobile network operators who do have mobile infrastructure instead (see MVNOs in the UK for more information).
The country’s telecom regulator is Ofcom.
